EUDAssist is for businesses and professionals, not individual consumers. By signing up you confirm you are acting in a professional or business capacity. If you wish to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, simply email info@eudassist.com.
EUDAssist monitors certificate data from EUDAMED and sends you alerts when certificates are about to expire or change status. The data comes straight from EUDAMED without modification. Always verify with EUDAMED directly before making regulatory or clinical decisions.
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone has accessed it without your permission, change your password immediately and email us.
The Free plan costs nothing. Pro is billed monthly or annually. Current prices are shown on the pricing page, VAT included.
Payments go through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your card on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time in Settings and your access continues until the end of the billing period.
We may change prices with at least 30 days notice. Continuing to use EUDAssist after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.

The EUDAssist software and design belong to us or our licensors. EUDAMED data is published by the European Commission under CC BY 4.0. Using EUDAssist does not give you any ownership rights in the service.
EUDAssist is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that EUDAMED data is always complete or current.
We are not liable for inaccuracies in EUDAMED data, missed alerts caused by third-party outages, or decisions you make based on what EUDAssist shows you.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You can delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or if running the service becomes legally or technically impossible.
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days notice by updating the date at the top and emailing you. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by German law.
