EUDAssist is for businesses and professionals, not individual consumers. By signing up you confirm you are acting in a professional or business capacity. The 14-day statutory withdrawal right does not apply to business customers. If you are a private consumer, please do not use this service.
EUDAssist monitors certificate data from EUDAMED and sends you alerts when certificates are about to expire or change status. The data comes straight from EUDAMED without modification. Always verify with EUDAMED directly before making regulatory or clinical decisions.
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone has accessed it without your permission, email us right away.
The Free plan costs nothing. Pro is billed monthly or annually. Current prices are shown on the pricing page, VAT included.
Payments go through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your card on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time in Settings and your access continues until the end of the billing period.
We may change prices with at least 30 days notice. Continuing to use EUDAssist after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.

The EUDAssist software and design belong to us or our licensors. EUDAMED data is published by the European Commission under CC BY 4.0. Using EUDAssist does not give you any ownership rights in the service.
EUDAssist is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that EUDAMED data is always complete or current.
We are not liable for inaccuracies in EUDAMED data, missed alerts caused by third-party outages, or decisions you make based on what EUDAssist shows you.
If something does go wrong, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You can delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or if running the service becomes legally or technically impossible.
We may update these terms. We will update the date at the top and email you if the changes are significant. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by German law. For disputes between businesses, the courts of Berlin have exclusive jurisdiction.
